Joululahjaostokset olivat vuorossa.

Unfortunately I haven't had a pack/herd/whatever of elves to command, I've had to do all the slave labour myself. But what has happened since I've written last. Let me see...the company christmas party was on Friday. The theme was Las Vegas, so there was gambling, a magician, a drag show and stuff like that. I had fun even though there could have been a bit more game tables. It's a funny thing how fun and exciting gambling still can be even though real money was not involved. On Saturday I was doing a cow impression in this big shopping center in Helsinki (I've been told that when I'm in the middle of a crowd the look in my eyes resembles that of a panicked cow). Meaning christmas shopping. Fortunately I'm fond of lists so I managed to do my shopping without too much panicking. So the worst is now over.

And then to the slave labour part...I've knitted a couple of presents, but that's all you're going to read about them at this time because who knows, the recipients might actually read my blog. As for me, I've started a pair for this, finally. And then to my horror I remembered that the christmas cards should be sent out by 15th the latest if I want to make use of the cheaper postage rates. So that took care of most of Sunday and Monday evening as well, but I'm now a proud owner of 15 different hand made cards and you can see a peek of them tomorrow. I just have to clean after myself a bit and arrange the cards so that they are presentable. So that's all from the sweatshop.
